Callum Buckley

The fingerstyle guitar phenomenon...

If you want to see exactly how much music can be squeezed out of six strings, you need to see Callum Buckley. A young, exciting force in the world of fingerstyle guitar, Callum is the kind of player who makes you do a double-take—his “incredible dexterity” and sheer speed often make it sound like there are three people playing at once.

We’ve watched his fingers fly across the fretboard firsthand, and it is a sight to behold. Callum doesn’t just play notes; he orchestrates entire tracks, handling the bass, melody, and percussion simultaneously. His repertoire is a wild, joyful ride through musical history, proving that no genre is off-limits for the acoustic guitar.

From Sinatra to the seventies

Callum’s set is a brilliant “everything-everywhere-all-at-once” experience. You might hear the sophisticated swing of Frank Sinatra, followed immediately by a high-octane Bee Gees groove, or the intricate, lightning-fast country-picking of Chet Atkins.

A passionate advocate for the craft, Callum doesn’t just perform; he’s part of the global guitar community, sharing his arrangements and tabs with players worldwide.

The Rock It Saturday experience
