Rock-It Saturday
Rock-It Saturday brought together a powerhouse lineup spanning folk, blues, indie, and rock.
This day showcased the full, plugged-in versatility of the instrument. The stage featured high-energy indie, blues and folk performances. Headliners included The Story of Guitar Heroes—an explosive live show paying homage to the greatest rock legends in history—and a chance to see a performance from the 60s icon himself Donovan. Attendees enjoyed a lively, dynamic festival-on-the-lawn atmosphere paired with a premium, locally sourced BBQ and craft drinks.

Spanish Sunday
Offering a complete change of pace, Spanish Sunday transformed the garden into a Mediterranean cultural escape. Featuring flamenco dance & music performances from the brilliant Flamenca, Flamenco Meets Maqam and ‘Flamenco from Spain’ alongside the classical guitar maestro Carlos Bonell & flamenco master Juan Martín, and fantastic latin performance from Miki Cruz. This world-class Spanish music & dancing was paired perfectly with authentic Spanish tapas served in the adjacent stable courtyard.

2025 Festival
Building on its initial success, the second year expanded into a rich two-week fortnight, deepening its musical variety. The festival balanced massive headline acts—such as international classical superstar Xuefei Yang—with intimate community “Family Concerts” in smaller churches, cafés, and arts spaces spanning Wareham to Corfe.
2024 Festival
The festival debuted as a week-long celebration designed to bring world-class talent to the heart of Purbeck. Major evening concerts were anchored in the historic, atmospheric setting of the Priory Church of Lady St Mary in Wareham, featuring masterclasses by jazz icon Martin Taylor, classical virtuoso Carlos Bonell, and flamenco master Juan Martín, whilst local pubs hosted lively fringe gigs.
